Welcome to my website. I am a Chartered Civil Engineer with over thirty years experience within the construction industry. Since commencing my own practice in 1999, I have been providing freelance Civils QS, Procurement and Contractual services to Contractors, Sub-contractors and Liquidators. I can offer a professional, cost efficient and pragmatic service to clients. Prior to commencing my own practice, I worked for the largest building materials provider in Ireland, managing their road surfacing division. I also worked for eleven years as Contracts Manager in Civil Engineering contracting, with responsibility for site management, accounts & claims, tendering, procurement, business development. 

I am a specialist in High Friction Surfacing (HFS) and Decorative Coloured Surfacing & Surface Treatments. I am a chartered member of Engineers Ireland and a member of the Institute of Asphalt Technology.
